HOMEPAGE Tochan is a group of volunteers that want to help Mexico in its social development by supporting cost-effective and successful Non–governmental Organizations (NGOs) to reach farther. Our mission is to contribute to Mexico’s social development by supporting efficient Non–governmental Organizations (NGOs) to reach more. We believe in the values of optimism, social awareness, commitment, honesty, trust, unity, respect and care. Our specific objectives are: To support needs of Mexican NGOs that work efficiently and that have a positive impact in the community they work with. We look for sponsors corporate or individuals that can help them on their current needs. To raise awareness within Corporations to the social needs that Mexico still has for its development and that investing in cost-effective social projects in Mexico is a reliable investment for growth. To connect North-South and South-South NGOs to share best practices through research centers. (the so-called South NGOs refers to developing countries and the North refers to developed countries). To create interest among young people about voluntary work in efficient local projects in Mexico.
